Winter Yoga Retreat
February 18-20, 2022

Join Tae on this three day retreat where we will use the practice of yoga to bring us closer to ourselves, others, and our desires. This retreat welcomes all levels of yogis - from beginner to expert because our focus wont be on how our physical practice looks, it will instead be on how our physical practice helps us to find out united within.

It is essential, now more than ever that we come together and stay united in our oneness. This is the beauty of yoga, it shines a light in ourselves, reminding us that we are all connected. we are all one. when we have a solid community to fall back on, it is easier to stay grounded, loving, and kind throughout these times. 


What to Expect

Friday night we will arrive at the retreat between 5-7 PM in Mancelona, MI. Snacks will be provided Friday night, all three meals will be provided Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Everyone will have an option of either Reiki or Fire Cupping during the retreat. If you have any questions please reach out to Tae, I will be happy to assist you.
