Class Descriptions:

Vinyasa Flow - uniting our breath with our body this is a great yoga practice to get out of our heads and into our bodies. 

Step Aerobics - A fun and effective cardio workout, this can be as high or low intensity as you want. 

Dance Fitness - A great way to get your heart rate up while having fun! Come dance with Kim in this beginner-friendly fitness class!

Ballet 1 - for ages 6-8

Ballet 2 - For ages 9-13

Mobility - Focusing on strength and stretching - this class will leave you sore and satisfied! 

Restorative Yoga - holding different postures for 1 - 3 minutes and gently allowing our body to soften and open during this practice. 

Creative Movement - for ages 3-5 - a great way for our littles to let our some energy and self-expression!
