I decided to dive into health and life coaching to create a positive change in myself but also to be a tool in other people’s health and life journey towards wellness. My passion for health and wellness started when I moved to Oregon and practiced meditation daily, then that progressed into my physical practice of yoga. I didn’t even own a yoga mat, I used a towel, read books on the proper way to practice certain yoga poses, and had 1 yoga DVD. Ha! Fast forward 7 years and I am now a yoga teacher! I later became a massage therapist, then a reiki practitioner, and now here I am – offering health and life coaching.


Wellness is the state of your entire being; your physical, mental, and emotional body. It is how you feel when you put on the bathing suit, the connections you have with your friends and family, and also the connection you have to that which is higher – whatever and whomever that may be for you. As your coach – we will focus on your behaviors, beliefs, and your identity, the things that make you, you. And we will create lasting habits so that what you dream of being and doing – is simply who you are and what you do.


By signing up for a coach – you are committing to a 90 day program to create habits, and change your behaviors to help shift your life into the person you have always dreamed to be. Our habits are the determiners of the quality of our life, so by changing our habits we change our life. 


Some of us want to lose weight, some of us want better sleep, or some of us want deeper relationships. By allowing me to help you as your coach, I will give you tools while holding you accountable with kindness and patience so you can become the person you have always dreamed of being.
