I decided to dive into health and life coaching to create a positive change in myself but also to be a tool in other people’s health and life journey towards wellness. My passion for health and wellness started when I moved to Oregon and practiced meditation daily, then that progressed into my physical practice of yoga. I didn’t even own a yoga mat, I used a towel, read books on the proper way to practice certain yoga poses, and had 1 yoga DVD. Ha! Fast forward 7 years and I am now a yoga teacher! I later became a massage therapist, then a reiki practitioner, and now here I am – offering health and life coaching.
Wellness is the state of your entire being; your physical, mental, and emotional body. It is how you feel when you put on the bathing suit, the connections you have with your friends and family, and also the connection you have to that which is higher – whatever and whomever that may be for you.
